3. When Payment Is Taken
- Payment is collected in full at the time you place your order
- By completing the checkout process and clicking "Place Order," you authorise us to charge the full order amount (including any applicable shipping fees and taxes) to your chosen payment method
- Your payment will appear on your bank statement as HOMETEXURE or similar
- We do not operate a "pay later" or instalment payment system unless explicitly stated during a promotional period
4. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed:
- You will receive an Order Confirmation Email to the email address provided at checkout within 1 hour
- This email will include your order number, a summary of items purchased, and the total amount charged
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email within 1 hour
- If you still cannot locate your confirmation email after checking spam, contact us at support@hometexure.com with your full name and the email address used at checkout
Important: The order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order and payment — it does not confirm shipment. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched.
5. Pricing & Currency
- All prices displayed on hometexure.com are in GBP (£ British Pounds Sterling)
- Prices include UK VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice
- The price displayed at the time you place your order is the final price you will be charged — price changes after your order is placed will not affect your order
- In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund, notifying you by email
6. Taxes & VAT
United Kingdom:
- All prices include UK VAT (20%) where applicable
- A VAT-inclusive receipt is available upon request
European Union:
- EU customers may be charged local VAT at checkout or by their country's customs authority depending on the order value and destination country

7. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined at checkout, please check the following:

Please note: We are not able to override payment declines issued by your bank or card provider.
8. Duplicate Orders & Accidental Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order:
- Check your bank statement carefully — sometimes authorisation holds can appear as duplicate charges but are temporary
- Contact us immediately at support@hometexure.com with your order number(s) and a screenshot or description of the charges
- We will investigate and issue a full refund for any genuine duplicate charge within 5 business days
9. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect our customers and our business:
- All orders are subject to automated fraud screening
- We reserve the right to cancel or place on hold any order that triggers our fraud detection systems
- In such cases, we may contact you to verify your identity or payment details before processing the order
- If an order is cancelled due to suspected fraud, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- We may request additional verification documents (e.g. photo ID) for high-value orders
We take fraud very seriously and will report any confirmed fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge on your account, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at support@hometexure.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all payment disputes fairly and promptly.
Please be aware:
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution
- Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence
- Customers found to have made fraudulent chargeback claims may be permanently banned from our store
11. Promotional Discounts & Coupon Codes
- Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout before completing payment
- Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed

- Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
