How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update after dispatch.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (London GMT/BST) are processed the same business day.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day free return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or product, please return your original item and place a new separate order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest processing time for both your return and new order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@hometexure.com with your order number. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hometexure.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund is returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account — this varies by provider.
